This information is being collected so that Whītiki Tauā can get in touch with you to talk through how a Whītiki Tauā mentor may be able to support you. This information will be transferred securely to Whītiki Tauā through to whitiki.taua@whakarongorau.nz. Providing this information is voluntary but is required to engage with Whītiki Tauā. You have the right to request access to your information and ask for it to be corrected if required. Your personal information will only be held for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose of collection. Whītiki Tauā will store and keep it secure in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
